Q: Their actions caused me to be hospitalized. I was admitted to the hospital and the statue of limitation passed.
Can I sue them? I have all the documents to prove that I was in the hospital and incapable of leaving. I was also incapable of consenting to a lawyer. My family lives in abroad so they weren't able to do anything about it either.
