Q: hi, i work at a kitchen and our hood vents stopped working for about an hour, management kept us working.

This happened 2 months ago, kitchen filled with smoke, i’ve heard that it’s also reached the front of house and some customers. I was arguably in the hottest spot in the whole kitchen, I know i was stupid but i took off my kitchen whites because it was so hot, and 2 mins later the manager told me to put it back on. No one really talks about it but i just remembered it recently, should i file a lawsuit?

A: For what? Did you incur any medical bills? Did you lose earning capacity? Did you have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses?

A: You could reach out to attorneys, but a central question you'll be asked is how much damages/injury you suffered. Good luck
