Description of your case::
My husband was in the emergency room for X-rays & then.a CT scan for a fall he incurred. They took the pictures and found nothing said pbly just bruised hip. We started to leave the emergency department. He was hobbling out on his own, he thought he could since he didn’t break anything. I went to get the car. He fell again at the emergency room doors inside. The security guard and another person picked him up and placed him in the car explaining how he should use the walker when we got home. 12 days went by and he still could not walk on that leg, we went back to the emergency department and had another CT scan done . It showed he fractured his hip. Do we have any recourse? ? The hospital has a video of the fall but I was not allowed to see it.
A: An Arizona attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. It could depend on what caused the accident and who that would ultimately be attributable to between your husband and the hospital. You could reach out to local attorneys to try to arrange a free initial consult. I hope your husband is okay. Good luck
