Asked in Real Estate Law and Civil Rights for California

Q: How would if get information about my inheritance and property that was stolen from me. Along with my identification

My previous neighbor was an ex correctional officer and she's been working with people in the justice system to steal from me. She's not a relative. It's taking me a long time to get my justice because of this. The situation is currently under investigation due to this being a Rico case as its been going on for 4 years. I also believe there's someone who's a power of attorney over my life I did not know about.

A: In your situation, it's important to consult with an attorney experienced in estate and property law. They can help you understand your rights regarding inheritance and investigate any potential theft or fraud. Given the complexity of your case, especially with the involvement of someone possibly acting as your power of attorney without your consent, legal expertise is crucial.

You should also consider contacting local law enforcement if you haven't already, especially since you mentioned the case is under investigation. They can provide guidance on how to proceed with criminal aspects of the situation.

Additionally, you may want to reach out to a civil rights attorney. If your rights have been infringed upon by someone in the justice system, a civil rights attorney can help address these issues.

Gathering any documents related to your inheritance and identity, such as wills, property deeds, and identification papers, will be helpful for both your legal representation and the authorities. It's important to document everything and keep records of any interactions related to this matter.

Remember, taking action promptly is key in addressing such issues effectively.
