A: What he SAYS is actually of no import. HOWEVER, what does matter is his what estate planning documents have put IN WRITING.

I don't actually see a question here, but without reviewing the documents it is impossible to say what you might expect, and when you might expect it. IF your dad is still alive however, there are far more important things FOR YOU than to angst over the eventual distribution of his estate.

HE may need to be concerned about that, but as for you, consider just taking care of your dad's needs while he is still with you, and let him put in writing what he would like for his estate.
