A:
In Italy, as in many countries, if your ex threatens to harm herself or makes false accusations against you, it's essential to take the situation seriously. Your primary concern should be her safety and well-being. You should consider contacting local authorities or a crisis hotline if you genuinely believe she may harm herself.
To protect yourself legally, it's essential to maintain evidence of your interactions, including any threats or accusations she might make. Save text messages, emails, or any communication that could be relevant. Additionally, it's advisable to consult with an attorney in Italy who can provide guidance on the local legal system and advise you on steps to protect your own rights and interests.
Remember that your priority should be ensuring her safety, but you should also take appropriate steps to protect yourself legally, especially if you believe she might make false accusations. Consulting with an attorney in Italy can help you navigate the situation effectively.
