Q: I was passenger of vehicle that got pulled over in Crawford Arkansas owner and driver sign affidavit that I had no know

Knowledge of drugs in his vehicle and he accepted full responsibility to his crime

A: If you were charged with possession it is based upon the legal notion of joint possession. Often prosecutors will charge a passenger or cotenant with knowingly possessing contraband when they are in a reasonable proximity to the substance even if it belongs to another person.
