Q: Someone was given the wave of death to cross over three lanes. I’m in third lane I hit her who’s at fault.

I am in flowing traveling 35 miles an hour. There is a fast lane and the middle lane the fast lane in the middle lane come to a stop. My lane is still moving. A person turns across three lanes while given the go ahead wave of death I hit her, who is at fault Nevada law.
