Q: Tumor found in my lung in July 2023. Was not informed until November of 2023 when second scan was done revealing it.
Pulmonary doctor told me I did not have cancer. Thoriatic surgeons told me i had cancer in Feb 2024. What are my options?
A:
You need to consult an oncologist and surgeon to discuss your treatment options. This is more of a medical question than a legal question.
If you are asking about a possible malpractice claim, your question is confusing. You seem to say that a tumor was found in your lung in July 2023, but then say a second scan was done in November 2023 revealing it. If there was a scan done in July 2023 which found a tumor in your lung, I'm not entirely sure why a second scan a few months later "revealed" it.
If the findings from the scan done in July 2023 unambiguously indicate a lung tumor, and those findings were provided to your pulmonary doctor who then deliberately lied to you, or negligently misinformed you, you may have a viable medical malpractice case assuming the delay caused you to suffer damages.

A: I agree with my colleague. The timeline of discovery and diagnosis isn't fully clear. One option is to try to arrange a free initial/no-obligation consult with a Texas law firm to review timeline and patient file in closer detail. Good luck
