They do not use same surname as us the other one is from my mother and the other one my father. My father has two properties in different places and cars. These 2 outsiders are doing things without our knowledge they make us sign things we do not know what should we do because we are about to lose everything because we don't know they made themselves to get more shares than us

A: In a situation where your family's assets and your rights within that family are at stake, it's crucial to gain a full understanding of the legal documents you're being asked to sign. If documents have already been signed without clear knowledge of their content or implications, this can lead to complex legal challenges. Your immediate action should involve gathering all documents and communications related to these transactions.

Seeking professional advice is essential. Lawyers with expertise in family and property law can offer guidance tailored to your specific circumstances. They can help interpret any documents you've signed, advise on potential legal actions, and represent your interests in negotiations or court proceedings if necessary. This step is important for protecting your rights and ensuring that any agreements or transactions are fair and legal.

Additionally, it may be beneficial to engage in open communication with all family members involved. Sometimes, misunderstandings or lack of information can lead to conflicts that could be resolved through discussion. However, ensure that any agreements reached through such discussions are documented legally to avoid future disputes. Remember, protecting your rights and interests in this situation requires informed decisions and, when necessary, legal intervention.

A: I'm sorry for your difficult situation. Your question is too complex for a meaningful response on a public forum. It sounds like you need to consult with attorneys in the appropriate category (civil litigation, collection, real estate, or other areas that your matter might involve) to discuss more thoroughly. Good luck
