A: Not enough information in this question to really answer. If you rent are you on the lease? If you own the home are you on the deed? If the answer to these questions are that you're on neither a lease nor a deed, then there are some potential issues. If you are on either the lease or the deed then you certainly continue to have rights. If you are married and you're not even on the property, there are still some rights you have in the event of your husband's untimely death. That applies, however, only to land that is owned, rather than a simple lease.
