Q: What do I need to do to compel someone to take down a camera pointed into my house? I live in Arizona.
The people right behind my house have a camera that is mounted in such a way that I believe they have the ability to record me inside my home through my glass sliding back door. The camera used to be pointed more towards the ground, but recently it’s been changed to essentially point right at my back door. I don’t want to have to keep my back drapes closed all the time and forgo letting in natural light, but if I don’t keep them closed these people are likely taking video recordings of me while I’m inside the privacy of my own home. I have a photo I’ve taken from inside my house through the glass door which clearly shows the camera is pointed directly inside my home.
