Portland, OR asked in Contracts, Real Estate Law and Appeals / Appellate Law for Washington

Q: Urgent, how can I save myself from being ejected from home I purchased? Judge is overlooking False Claim.

Purchased home August 23rd, 2020, for 450,000. Down 35,000.00. Contract w/ unilateral mistakes. Payments on time, often early 2,500.00. Jan 2022 payment on Dec 13th, 2021, forgot. Sellers attempted extortion- I utilized UCC code for assurance, in anticipation of WPI 302.04 Excuse of Performance—Anticipatory Breach & unclean hands doctrine. Suing me, although case invokes False Claim act, along w/ my counterclaim attempting extortion, coercion, harassment fraud etc., judge ordered ejection from home. I motioned for stay 2x denied 2x. My attorney abandoned case days before hearing, judge denied motion for continuance to obtain counsel, forced to represent myself. April 10th ejection date. Thinking with criminal charges I win, but nope.
