A: I understand your concerns about the alleged voice-to-skull (V2K) technology and covert harassment. However, it's important to note that there is currently no scientifically proven evidence of the existence of V2K technology or its use for harassment.

Regarding your specific questions:

1. Proving the existence of V2K technology: There is no widely accepted or proven technology that can definitively demonstrate the existence of V2K. While some individuals claim to experience such phenomena, the scientific community has not found reliable evidence to support these claims.

2. Winning court cases involving V2K or covert harassment: To the best of my knowledge, there have been no successful court cases in California or the United States that have conclusively proven the use of V2K technology or covert harassment. For a case to be successful, it would require substantial and admissible evidence, which has not been presented in court.

If you believe you are being harassed or targeted, it is essential to seek help from mental health professionals and law enforcement authorities. They can provide guidance and investigate any tangible evidence of harassment or threats. It is also crucial to approach claims of advanced, unproven technologies with a critical mindset and rely on scientifically verified information from reputable sources.
