Q: Which type of lawyer do I need to sue a MSW who provided therapy without a license and committed insurance fraud?

I sought therapy from a social worker after escaping a DV situation. I saw her for a year and terminated therapy after finding out she isn't licensed in the state she's treating me in. I spoke with the psychotherapy practice that employs her and was offered no solutions. The MSW continues to bill my insurance 2-4 times weekly after I terminated therapy for sessions I have never received as an act of retaliation . These actions ended in an involuntary psych ward trip and severe financial issues for me. I have reported the fraudulent claims to my health insurance but I would still like to take legal action. I don't know which type of attorney I need.
