Q: Can I sue my car loan company for charging extra finance charges and not putting my notes towards the balance of my car?
What can I do to resolve this? I’ve called in effort to tell them that the finance charges are not accurate and also to let them know that I haven’t agreed to this. Every payment that I’ve made since purchasing the vehicle, the majority of that payment has went to finance charges that are fraudulent.
