Q: My husband choked me and took my oldest daughter ran away. He order temporary from the judge to keep my kids.
Can i win full custody. After choked me and took the kids ran away the police arrested him in Bexar County jail. His brother is an attorney and bonded him out right away. After a day he came to gave me the temporary that he able to keep the kids from me until the day we go to to court on Apr/25. Is he legal to do that after been charged with family violence. Department called me to asking if i want order 2 years protective, but i saod NO, because at that poin i affair that he will not able to see the kids that’s why i said No. But after he knew that he ordered the temporary right away to try to keep the kids.
