Bolingbrook, IL asked in Family Law for Illinois

Q: So it seems I didn´t provide enough information. Is my case still worth going through? Please let me know

Okay, so like I said earlier my dad is not a good person to live with, and is incapable of taking care of me. One, he lied and said my mother was sexually harassing in court. When I found out about this, he kicked me out. Twice. After being in the cold for almost an hour, (this was Dec 6th) my friend had come and picked me up with her mother. Instead of providing the truth to her family, he said I was crazy, and unable to process anything at that moment. The next day, which was Sunday, he also locked me inside of the church and had the staff argue with me on how I should listen to my father and be obedient. That ´s when I knew my father was a manipulative lying monster. He forced me out of my own home with my mom and alienated me from her, and lied in front of a judge to get his way. My mother provides food, she helps me throughout every emotional boulder I face, and I would benefit from living with her. My dad doesn't care about my well being, he just wants to control my every move.

A: Again, this is a custody case. Lying does not change it to abuse or neglect. Your mother needs to hire a lawyer.
