Q: What do I do with a "company" that robbed me but there is no statutory agent anywhere. I have filed in justice court
Against John Does and Jane Does and the name which they purported to be operating under. The secretary of state listed a dba address to an empty house and an allegedly fake human name. How can I get them served? I can have a sheriff execut a writ on their businenss items after, I just gotta get them served first. Thanks!
