Q: How can my family get compensated for our damages? What kind of case is this? Insurance claim? Ignore demand letter?

I was approved 2move in2 a apartment I was homeless & staying with my abusive boyfriend I called 2 see if the apt was ready a few days early & was told that I didn't qualify I made 2 much $$ & I had no recourse they calculated my child support $10,000yr when the orders only= $3800yr & I

only received $200 because my kids dads don't pay I was told nothing could b done I looked online & found out they were a bond property I found the rules for calculating income found a form on their website that they provide 4people in my situation I found their parent company whose mission statement when you call says we calculate income correctly I speak 2 the mgr she agrees 2 redo my file &hold an apt 4 me a month goes by I'm denied again I ask why &the rep says because you checked the box saying ur entitled 2the cs I said I am but I don't receive it that's the whole purpose of the affidavit she says where does it say that finally im approved & move in their mistake= made my family homeless 2.5 mos
