When my internist referred me to my pulmonologist, the earliest appointment I could get with her was more than six months after the date my internist made the referral.
Barring a very strange attorney employment agreement, ordinarily attorneys do not undertake a duty to schedule a client's healthcare appointments. Ordinarily, clients schedule their own appointments.
