Hartford, CT asked in Family Law for Massachusetts

Q: Family court question

in MA, my daughters father is non custodial parent and receiving SSI and opposes a child support modification for an increase in his $84 monthly child support amount claiming that he can’t work. When asked to provide documentation that it was determined by his physician that he is unable to gain employment, he claims ge doesn’t have to provide that information because it falls under HIPPA. The issue is that he is lying to the court so that he doesn’t have to pay child support. Our trial is on Wednesday and I’m going to present to the court his refusal to provide proof of his claim that he was determined unable to work, and that he currently holds a valid drivers license that he got reinstated after submitting a medical evaluation to the registry of motor vehicles that clears him to drive. What else can I do to get my modification granted? I also submitted an application for final judgment because he failed to provide answers/objections to the interrogatories I served him with.
