Q: Can Amazon make refund promises in writing and then go back on then after the sale of the item?
Amazon promised us in writing 3 times that if we bought an item from them for a higher price than others online that once we received the item we would be reimbursed the cost difference. Once we did and received the item they claimed they do not have to abide by their written agreement.
