Federal Way, WA asked in Landlord - Tenant for Washington

Q: What legal recourse do we have and are there places we can report this activity to?

We are in Sequim, WA and have been staying at week stay hotel for 2 yrs trying to find affordable housing. Room is paid for, and 2x in the last few days, mgmt has opened door w/ no notice or consent. I work from "home," (they are aware of this), so this is very unsettling, disruptive and an invasion of privacy. Mgmt has cut off inside door locks so hàve no protection from intruders (haven't been given a working card key in over a yr & can get into room easily with credit card by sliding it in b/w door/door jam. Also, due to length of stay, should have been tax-free after 30 days. Mgr decided to remove us from the room in his computer ONLY and check us back in on the computer ONLY the next day so that he could begin charging as taxes again. We have not checked out since the first night we stayed. There is more, but won't include here. What legal recourse do we have and what agencies we can report this to?
