Orlando, FL asked in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation and Civil Rights for Florida

Q: Bond/Bond hearing, or possible deals that could be offered.

My daughters dad was recently arrested after our county’s felony probation officers Searched his home & car on 4/20.

He had been on felony probation since beginning of 2023, They most recently charged him with intent to sell, and possession of marijuana, Prozac (which is prescribed to him) so that doesn’t make sense to me, and cocaine (it was under a gram), and possession of a fire arm (wasn’t on his persons or in the home it was in the car). He also has a medical marijuana card.

They went in his safe and that’s where they found the marinuana and cocaine.

He was on probation for similar charges.

I have a couple consultations with local lawyers but I would like to hear different advice or deals that could possibly be offered.

He’s not a convicted felon. And had only one prior arrest which is the one he was on probation for.
