Q: I just did 6 months and got out and a cop is charging me with assault in the 2nd
I just did 6 months and got out and a cop is charging me with assault in the 2nd and I never assaulted him I ran and he tased me I fell then tased me a few more times then took me to Watkins Glen police station charged me with only resisting arrest at the time and then the same cop took me to chemung county because I had a warrant out there 5 months ago by I get out of chemung and there charging me with assault on a officer I was sick to my stomach got put on a ankle monitor for a week was later to court they put me back in the jail with 2000 dollar bond and no family or anybody would get me put knowing i.am innocent so to be able to get out I pleaded out saying I'm guilty when I know I'm really innocent so I can get out what shpuld I do?
