I have subscribers who pay to see nude pictures of the virtual model I created and like to message her. I’ve disclosed in her bio that she is a virtual model created with ai tools and people are messaging her like she is a real person. Could this be illegal in anyway? I give her a backstory and personality, she has hobbies and does things like a real person would. I think some people think she is real but is it my problem if they don’t read my disclosure?
