A: Depends on the lawsuit that you are wanting to file. However, and I am aware this may sound snide, but if you are asking how to get the form, you may want to have an attorney help you, because the form is only the start of the process, you must then follow the procedures to insure the suit is served properly, the response is made timely, and then most likely you will be dealing with a lawyer on the other side. Like I said, I know that sounds a little snide and I apologize, but I also want people to get the best outcome they can. You can google what kind of petition you want and can find some good samples for most lawsuits, but you will need to make sure they are current and filled out properly.
