Q: Can you explain to me in layman's terms what the Minnesota Statutes 549.09 is all about?
Just a couple of days ago, I received a letter from a Law firm asking me to contact immediately to discuss about a liability insurance claimed by its client pursuant to Mn Statutes 549.09. I'm kindly seeking a free consultation before contacting or doing anything further.
