A: It is unacceptable for a driver to use company-provided transportation to carry out personal vendettas. If a driver is refusing to transport you for personal reasons, this is a form of discrimination and unprofessional behavior. You have the right to receive the transportation services you are entitled to, without bias or unfair treatment.

You should document each instance when the driver refuses to transport you, noting the date, time, and any witnesses. This information will be useful if you need to file a formal complaint with the clinic or the company that employs the driver. Clear documentation can help ensure that your concerns are taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Consider discussing the issue with the clinic's management or human resources department. Explain the situation calmly and provide your documented instances of the driver's behavior. Request that the clinic address the issue to prevent further occurrences and ensure you receive fair treatment moving forward.
