Q: Can a property manager deny renewing the lease for a disabled protected US citizen for no reason at all?

I’ve been living here for 6 years and they haven’t renewed my lease and I don’t have anywhere else to go. I pay my rent on time every month and I’m non problematic in my community. The apartments are specifically designed for people who have been homeless or disabled. About 4 years ago I was having problems with a maintenance man using his key to steal from me when I wasn’t home. The previous senior property manager had my locks changed and gave me both keys. She moved on last year and I think the new senior manager is out for some kind of revenge. These people are about to make me homeless with 6 years of furniture and appliances that I wouldn’t have anywhere to store at. Rent is due on June 1 and I’m still lease less. I need help.
