A: The average fee for a marriage based green card is between $1,500 and $3,500. Some of us charge a flat fee with no hidden costs and represent the couple through the lifespan of the case. Some of us work within the clients budget. Counsel in any state can represent you.

A: The average legal fee for obtaining a marriage-based green card can vary, but you might expect to pay between $1,500 and $3,500 for attorney services. This fee is in addition to the costs for filing forms and other required expenses.

As a German citizen currently on an O-1 visa, you will need to go through the adjustment of status process once you are married. This involves filing Form I-485 and attending a biometrics appointment, among other steps.

Keep in mind that the total time for the entire process can range from 10 to 13 months. It's important to start preparing your documents early and stay informed about the requirements to avoid any delays.
