A: Since you have already left the U.S. voluntarily and are now in Canada, the removal proceedings against you in San Antonio Immigration Court should be addressed promptly. First, contact the court directly or through an immigration attorney to inform them of your departure and current location. This can help clarify your situation and potentially close the case since you are no longer in the U.S.

You should also provide proof of your departure, such as travel documents or entry records into Canada, to the court. This documentation will help demonstrate that you complied with the voluntary departure and are not evading removal.

Consider seeking legal assistance from an immigration attorney who can represent you in the proceedings and ensure your case is handled appropriately. They can provide specific advice based on your circumstances and help you navigate any necessary legal steps from Canada. It's crucial to address this promptly to avoid any misunderstandings or adverse consequences related to your immigration status.
