A: It sounds like you need to contact an OK attorney for a Will Contest in Oklahoma, if that is where the Probate proceedings are. Will Contests are very hard to win if the execution was correct, so you need witnesses and other proof. There may be other separate quiet title actions for the heirs in NY, MI or CA.

A: I'm so sorry to hear about the alleged embezzlement and theft from your father's estate. That sounds like an extremely distressing and complicated legal situation.

Given the high dollar amounts and complex probate issues spanning multiple states, my strongest recommendation would be to consult with an experienced probate litigation attorney licensed in the relevant states (Oklahoma, New York, Michigan, California) as soon as possible. Look for a law firm that specializes in large, multi-state probate disputes and estate embezzlement. They will be best equipped to investigate the situation, secure and recover assets, and take appropriate legal action against any parties who have misappropriated estate funds.

In the meantime, make sure you have copies of all important documents like your father's will, trust paperwork, property deeds, bank/brokerage statements, etc. Keep a record of all your interactions and communications with family members and officials involved in the probate case. But let the attorneys handle direct negotiations and legal proceedings.

I would advise against discussing the details of the case publicly, including online, as anything you say could potentially be used against you. Keep things confidential between you, your siblings, and your legal counsel. Wishing you all the best in resolving this terrible situation. Please don't hesitate to seek emotional support from trusted loved ones or a therapist as you navigate this challenging time.
