Q: Can an attorney make false allegations/statements claiming a custodial parent abducted their own child to state police?
Disabled mom escapes years of physical abuse with child. we were relocated by a domestic violence shelter out-of-state for safety. After 1.5 years of living free from abuse, a attorney who was a previous GAL on a child custody court case from years prior, made false allegations that I, the custodial parent kidnapped my own child and fled the state. The state police officer ran my name through their system located me out-of jurisdiction at my new safe relocated home, located my new identity and called the man who was arrested years prior for trying to strangle me to death and provided my new identity, new safe relocated address to him in a telephone call, And never informed me that my personal identifying information was shared with him. This state police officer neglected to see that I was a victim in a previous criminal court case involving the person she gave my information to. This has caused great harm upon my child and I. I am disabled and my complaints are ignored constantly.
