A: It is difficult to pinpoint an exact amount without knowing the extent of the injuries, whether any of the injuries will be long term or have the possibility of recurrence, and what the cost of treatment is.

Schedule a free consultation for a complete case review and to make sure you are adequately compensated.

A: I agree with my colleague - it's difficult to get a handle on the extent of injuries if there is little more than that to go one. Most MVA cases involve several months of treatment, which is often accompanied by extensive notes, narrative reports, diagnostic imaging studies (such as C-Sp or L-Sp MRIs), and other evidence. I hope you're okay, but only one chiropractic visit is tough to work with in terms of correlating the accident and ensuing damages. Good luck
