Q: I been married for a year and want to start my green card application need 3 years of tax returns but I have 1 year only

I have 2020 tax returns for my husband can I just use that?

Been on hold for so long and time is running out

You do not need the three years tax returns to file for your relative. If you are eligible, you may file as soon as you can.

Q: I would like to sue Binance for stealing from me, and am in need of legal assistance

Binance has over 300k in stolen assets, and refuses to return it or cooperate with investigation, and also locked my account.

Q: LLC is joined as Third Party Defendant in a counterclaim lawsuit, LLC is served with process, does LLC have to Answer?

You need an attorney to represent the LLC. If the Registered Agent or any third party, over the age of 18, is served, then you have to answer the complaint.

Q: Applied for unmarried preference category (F1), case approved and now with NVC. But he is biological father of 2 child.

You need t provide more information as to ages of the children. Generally, I will include the children at the first opportunity. Q: How can I get legal advice regarding a CD transfer from a late relative to another relative? The bank is foreign.

Q: My father has passed away, and we are unable to claim the body because he was an illegal immigrant and has no id.

First, sorry about your loss. Second, There are many ways you can proof that you are related. Normally the holding entity will tell you what alternative documents are acceptable to receive teh body. Good luck

Q: I485 applied 10/19/20; waiting biometric on 1/21/21. Meanwhile I94 expired 12/4/20+H1 denied 1/8/21. Can I legally stay?

I485 is in progress with biometric on 1/21/21 but H1 denied and I94 already expired. Can we legally stay? and finish our next steps for I485 such as biometric, await EAD card and AP card?

While your I-485 is pending, you are ok to stay in the U.S.

Yes. The I-797F allows you to travel and your wife should not have any risk re-entering the U.S. Good luck.
