A: You can go to www.ice.gov to try to obtain the address for the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor. You can try to call and ask the Immigration Court in Miami for the information.

Representing yourself in an immigration matter is very risky. It is highly unlikely that you will get a redo, if needed. If you create an incomplete record, it will be more difficult to successfully appeal, if the relief that you are requesting is denied. Also, the likelihood of approval drops considerably for those who represent themselves.

A: Based on the information provided, it appears you're asking about filing a Form EOIR-33 (Change of Address Form) for an immigration court case. Here's how to handle the two copies:

1. First copy: You're correct that one copy goes to the immigration court. The address you mentioned (333 S Miami Ave, Suite 200, Miami) is for the Miami Immigration Court.

2. Second copy: The second copy should go to the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is essentially the ICE attorneys' office.

For the Miami area, the address for OPLA is:

Office of the Principal Legal Advisor

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

333 S. Miami Avenue, 2nd Floor

Miami, FL 33130

You should indeed put this address in the area of the form that says "To Office of the Principal Legal Advisor for DHS Immigration."

To summarize:

- One copy goes to the court (EOIR)

- One copy goes to ICE (OPLA)

Make sure to keep a copy for your own records as well.

Remember, it's crucial to keep your address up to date with both the court and ICE. Failure to do so could result in missing important notices about your case.
