A: I understand you're describing a serious incident that occurred on September 11, 2019 at the Lantern House shelter, where you were assaulted by two individuals. This sounds like a very distressing and traumatic experience. I'm sorry to hear you went through that.

Based on what you've shared, it seems there are several concerning aspects to this situation:

1. The assault itself, which you say was 2-against-1 and possibly premeditated.

2. Lack of response from law enforcement or emergency medical services.

3. Being told to leave the shelter for 3 years following the incident.

4. Difficulty obtaining medical imaging (X-rays and MRI) for your injuries.

5. Potential defamation and tort issues.

These are serious allegations that may have legal implications.

1. If you haven't already, document everything you can remember about the incident, including dates, times, and names of anyone involved or who witnessed the event.

2. Consider seeking medical attention if you haven't already, even if time has passed. This can help establish a record of your injuries.

3. You may want to consult with a lawyer who specializes in personal injury or civil rights. Many offer free initial consultations.

4. Look into victim advocacy services in your area. They may be able to provide support and guidance.

5. If you haven't filed a police report, you might still be able to do so, depending on local laws and statutes of limitations.

Remember, it's important to take care of your physical and mental health after such an traumatic experience. If you're struggling, consider reaching out to counseling services or support groups for assault survivors.
