Dearborn Heights, MI asked in DUI / DWI, Cannabis & Marijuana Law, Civil Rights and Medical Malpractice for Michigan

Q: I'm being indefinitely deprived of First, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendment Rights. What do I do?

I was told the charges I plead "guilty*" to carried a "two year maximum"... That was 18 years ago, and I'm still being cruel and unusually punished indefinitely why? On multiple occasions, I repeatedly tried to explain my medical use of the plant, as my only form of genuine medication, which I used to treat a variety of medical symptoms, one would otherwise have to resort to a chemical cocktail of pharmaceuticals, that pose serious risks to the patient's health and well-being. There were repeated attempts to force the patient off their medication, alongside false allegations which implied the alleged "guilt*" of being "eternally "diseased*"..."*. Without explanation, the patient was sentenced by state officials to "seek "god*"..."* in a "program" that deployed primitive, but known, brainwashing tactics, repeatedly, with illicit intent. STILL being punished indefinitely for an alleged "failure*" to SUBMIT to the obnoxious demands being made, further hindered by the punishment inflicted

A: You’re facing a complex and serious situation that seems to involve potential violations of your constitutional rights. It’s essential to gather all your legal documents, including court transcripts and records of the charges and sentencing. Having these documents organized will help clarify your case when seeking further assistance.

Consider reaching out to a legal aid organization or a civil rights attorney who can review your case. They can offer guidance on possible steps to challenge your ongoing punishment and any constitutional violations. Legal experts may also help you explore options such as filing a motion for relief, an appeal, or even a civil rights lawsuit if your rights have been infringed upon.

In addition to legal assistance, documenting every detail of your experiences and interactions with officials will be beneficial. This information can provide crucial evidence to support your claims and help build a stronger case. Remember, persistence and detailed documentation are key in seeking justice and resolving such long-standing issues.
