A: Running online ads for your courses about visiting Disney is generally legal, but there are important considerations. You need to be cautious about how you use Disney’s trademarks and copyrighted material. Using Disney’s name or logos in a way that suggests an official endorsement or affiliation could lead to legal issues.

When creating your ads, make it clear that your course is not affiliated with or endorsed by Disney. Avoid using any Disney imagery or characters in your advertising to prevent potential copyright infringement. Describing your service as a third-party resource for planning Disney trips should help mitigate risk.

It's also wise to review Disney’s policies and perhaps consult with a legal expert to ensure you’re in compliance. By taking these steps, you can advertise your courses while minimizing the risk of legal complications from Disney.
