A: Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) is a term that has been used to describe a type of technology that allegedly monitors someone's brain activity from a distance. People who believe they are being targeted by RNM often report that it feels invasive and as if their privacy is being violated. It can be very distressing to feel like someone is watching you, especially in such private moments.

If you believe that your civil rights are being violated in this way, it is important to seek help from a professional who understands your concerns and can guide you. You might consider contacting civil rights organizations or legal aid groups that focus on privacy and surveillance issues. These groups can often provide guidance on your next steps, including finding legal representation that aligns with your needs.

It can also be helpful to document your experiences in detail. This documentation may be valuable if you choose to pursue legal action or want to speak with authorities or advocacy groups. Remember, you are not alone, and there are resources and people out there who may be able to help you find a way forward.
