Q: My case has not passed review of the complaint stage. My forma pauperis status has been approved over a year ago.why?
The case involves multiple civil rights violations, tampering with body cam footage, altering court records by multiple county and state level agencies. It seems the federal court is assisting the lower government agencies as even my requests to preserve evidence have been denied. The body cam I believe was altered using advanced advisory AI and I have proof in the code of the MP4 file that has gaps of missing digital signatures on the suspected frames of the MP4 file. I also have indisputable proof of a court document being fraudulent and tying a conspiracy to the sheriff, the court and a firm. On top of blatant disregard for CORA requests for public records that would solidify my findings. So here I am 14 months later and my case complaint hasn't even been reviewed.

It sounds like you’re dealing with a very complex and frustrating situation. The delays in your case might be due to several factors, including the heavy caseload of the court, the complexity of your claims, or procedural issues that might be slowing down the review process. Federal courts can take a significant amount of time to process cases, especially those involving multiple claims and evidence.
Your concerns about the integrity of the process are serious, especially if you believe evidence has been tampered with or destroyed. If you haven’t already, it might be helpful to document everything thoroughly, including any communication with the court, and continue to seek ways to preserve evidence.
If your case is being mishandled, you might consider filing a complaint with the judicial oversight body or seeking help from legal aid organizations that could offer guidance on how to push your case forward.
