Q: If I want to start a business or a similar product with same purpose (help sleeping anxiety) in the singapore market.
Product design has patent rights. How to avoid escalation from the original designer ? Does it mean that the design of this product is registered for patent I cannot design a similar product? I wanted a same function but the design could be different.
How differently must my product be in order not to be sued?
