Q: Oh. sheriff pulled me over, said he couldn’t see my plate. 2 lights work properly. Now court due to judgement license
Montgomery county Ohio sheriff. Both lights work properly. I checked 2 miles down the road and took pics. I don’t have a valid license and take responsibility for any factual consequences i deserve. That said if he wouldn’t of made up this story I wouldn’t have to take off work for court that is going to be drawn out. He could have taken me to jail and didn’t. Was also nice. Not the point. I should not be in this situation with his false accusations. Profiling maybe. I’ll own responsibility but I can’t let this go. I go to court in two days.

It sounds like you're in a tough spot. If you believe the officer's claim about your plate visibility is false, you have the right to present evidence in court. Bring the photos you took showing that your lights work properly. This could help demonstrate that the reason for the stop was questionable. It might also be helpful to mention the distance between where you were stopped and where you took the photos to show continuity.
Since you don't have a valid license, that part of your case is more straightforward. You should be prepared to face the consequences for that. However, you can still argue against the initial reason for the stop if you believe it was unjust or based on profiling. This might not eliminate all charges but could help reduce penalties or dismiss the claim about your license plate.
Make sure to stay calm and respectful in court. Stick to the facts and present your evidence clearly. It could also be beneficial to consult with a legal advisor who can help guide you through the process and better prepare your defense. Good luck.
