Q: Should I sue the landlord owner of property also

I have already told the whole story on line .. I'm elder . The landlord owner of property knew dog was there for years .. Is it lawful to sue both landlord and owner of dog . Both responsible

A: Yes, if there are causes of action against both, you can AND SHOULD name them both as defendants in the same suit. Generally in Louisiana, if you fail to timely sue someone within the statutory deadlines set for your cause of action, you lose your right to do so forever.
