A: This passage omits any question, and as such we do not know how to answer this. The asker also does not tell us what area of the law this question arises under. Is this a divorce/family court offense "TRO," or is this a criminal "TRO." We do not know.

There is also no mention of an attorney representing the asker. We see there is much confusion talking place in the asker's case, whichever it is, and we also see the absence of a lawyer contributes to the mess the asker is describing.

We do not know what "federal violations" there are. The states have independent police power recognized by the Fed, and the asker may not know the distinction.

Lying is a First Amendment protected interest, and government lies all it wants.
