Memphis, TN asked in Employment Law for Tennessee

Q: If I accepted a job based on information given in interview and find out later the benefit information given was false?

I had an interview for my current job and in the interview I asked about benefits, pat, and attendance policy. I was given the information and after some thought I left my job at the time and accepted this position. Over the past 6 months I have found outthat I do not get pay increases for completing training like I was told. I was also told the attendance policy is that a point will roll off after 28 days with good attendance. I found out yesterday that isn't true and my points take 12 months to roll off. My supervisor didn't know any 9gthis as he told me the opposite in interview and ever since. I had to go to HR myself to get the correct information. I feel like I was lied to during my interview and based my decision to leave my job and accept this one on false information.
