Jasper, AL asked in Civil Litigation and Small Claims for Alabama

Q: You ask someone if they want your car you let them know you may change your mind and the reason why can they keep it

They got my title online. Changed address. Told them do not drive it its illegal it didn't have ins. No time given when they can have it because I wasn't sure to give it or sell. 5/2023 offered car. 4/2024 they were to tow the car. They DROVE the car to store it. 6/2024 they got a post title? They put their address online on my title. They sold bill of sale? I was told the damage to the car was not a total loss. I was told to have it checked out licensed mechanic.

Also, not to drive, take photos, not to modify of fix anything. It the ins. Made a mistake as to the damage I should sue. Those storing the car were made aware and agreed to my decision. I was made aware if anything they did to the car until June 2024.

I requested they give me the new address I would be tow the car. They said the car was there's I gave it to them. No paper work was given to them nor was there a time placed on turning over the car. No money for storage was ever discussed. 5/2023 car offered picked up 6/2024
