Q: Can DFPS case be dismissed with evidence of perjury and breaking procedure?
Every single paper CPS filled out is either incomplete or incorrect. Especially the affidavit. They didn't notify me of the case until day 3 after talking to my kids. I was in hospital. He lied on reason to remove, phone bill proves it. He lied on my statement with the CPI from the city where I was treated. This CPI confirmed in a text that he lied. My kids statement is incorrect. I have witnesses he wouldn't talk to. Body cam from that day to dispute allegations. He removed them from my mom just to give them back after taking custody. After he tried to file for required participation. He nonsuited that one the day after he took them. They constantly threaten to take them away again. We can't live like this. 4 months and they won't even let me call my children that I've cared for alone for 16 years with 0 problems. I swear my court appointed attorney is working for DFPS. She won't do anything with any evidence I give her. She didn't even know til last week Ive had same job and home3 yr
A: You need to consult and possibly retain a private attorney if you are having problems communicating with the court-appointed attorney and not getting your questions answered.
